Inspiring and written well. I finished it in 2 days. For the entrepreneur (to be) it's a great read. Apart from the fact that you start wondering why you did not start yesterday, its main value comes from the specificity in which Casnocha describes the events and transitions in his business and his life. His personal worries and balancing acts make it fun to read, while the business cycles are particularly useful business-wise (find need, build prototype, sell, invest etc.).

I found the constant dilemma between his business-self and his school-self very striking. You never only sell yourself or your business, always both.

Great Book! I would recommend it to anyone who is just getting started as an entrepreneur, or is just simply hungry for life.

I felt this was a great read, It shows that age doesn't play a role in a persons success, yet allows them to be creative and inventive earlier than most and still do what you have a passion for. - As a young entrepreneur myself, I was able to really connect with Ben on a number of levels, first I also began my first web-venture at the age of 12-13. Secondly, I felt that his enthusiasm for his work mirrored the feelings I also had as a youth. Third and lastly, I really was able to relate to becoming people's "expert" on topics, such as web-development, graphic design and etc. A must-read for any entrepreneur, young or old.

A well-written book. Inspiring. The author's sincerity in encouraging the growth of Entrepreneurship shows in every page.

After reading the book (on a chance discovery in the Library):
    * I am planning to start on my own in 1008
    * The book will be on my shelf for constant reference
    * I have signed up for "The Casnocha Beat" - a newsletter the author sends out regularly
    * Am gifting the book to many of my friends and colleagues

    :-)

Ben wrote this when he was 18, and it's a great resource for young entrepreneurs, as well as older ones. It's a great account of his experiences with business from the time he was 12 until he was 18. It's full of great tips for any entrepreneur.
