“I found Fast Food Nation informative. Schlosser calls for more regulations to solve the problems posed in the fast food industry. Where I don't always agree. I see his point. This book will make me think twice about eating fast food. Not because of the animals, but because of the additives added into their foods. Another part I found really interesting is in Chapter 5. Many of the flavor found in the foods we love are created in a lab and injected into them. If you read labels and see 'natural flavors' or 'artificial flavors' the flavor you taste is created in some lab.”
