This is such a dramatic series. Any girl who's looking for romance, murder, mysteries, drama its all in this book series! I just started yesterday, but so far Reed found out Billings is gone!! She is very upset and angery when Noell does't want to do anything about it. She finds a box in her room and it has all of Billings Society secret in it. We'll Reed figure out a way to bring Billings back with her new acomplist, Ivy!?

Scandal's plot was definitely transitional and not as suspenseful as the other private books have been, but of course it ended with something to make the reader want to read on again. Of course Brian had to keep us in suspense somehow by leading up to a dramatic ending with a mysterious story about BLS and a new missing victim, not Reed for once, but as always she is in the center of it.

This book is as full as twists as all the other books in the private series.

I read halfway through this book, well, more like a quarter when I put it down and never picked it up again. I've skimmed through the reast of the book but it didn't apeal to me. I've read the rest of the books before it and thought they were good until I actually thought about it. I realized the story doesn't seem to follow any sort of plot or even have a theme for that matter. It all seemed to be filled with drivel about sex, hookups, and even though there is conflict, I feel that it sort of goes into overkill. In fact, theres so much conflict the books actually get boring after while. "Oh what? Reed got pushed off a boat now? What's next, getting stranded on an island? *reads on* Oh, awesome." Overrall, some of the romance was nice and some of the conflict was great, but now it just seems to drag on, getting drier and drier.

I really enjoyed this book. It is the twelfth book in the Private series. Every since I started reading the series almost three years ago, I have loved the books. They are almost an escape for me. As the characters have grown up, I have. In the beginning of the series, the main character Reed, was new to the school and the life of the boarding school. Now she has grown up and is confident about her place in school and among her friends. This book is different than the others, because it is the first time where Reed really came into her own. She kind of gave up caring what others thought. She even started a secret society with her friends. That is what this book is mainly about. Her forming of the secret society and how she loses some friends by doing it. It is also about how at the end of the book, one of the characters is kid napped and how it is up to Reed to save her. If there is one character I feel that I connect the most to, it would be probably be Reed's friend Constance. Constance is very girly and very caring. She only wants the best for Reed. She is always looking out for her. She also attempts to be nice to everyone. She is one of those people that you just cannot be mean to. She is bubbly and fun. She also has curly red hair. I feel like all of the characteristics that make up Constance, are the same ones that make up me. I am very girly, and I like to think that I am very nice and caring to everyone. I think that Constance is the character I most compare to in the series.
