    Actually, I read the book on Windows '95 several years ago, also done by Andy Rathbone. He's got a decent wit, and understands that one does not read the Dummies books if one already knows what the hell is going on. So if you skip the parts that were obviously written for your grandma, who thinks Atari is cutting edge, you can glean some interesting information.
