This story is really intersing I believe that all the young adults or teenagers in the world like me should read this book. I also think that Mike Lupica does a really nice job of telling the story from the mains characters eyes.
Characters/People edit
- Brian: The main character in this book, his dream is to be a part of the Detroit Tigers baseball team and his dream comes true when he earns a summer job as batboy for the Tigerss
- Liz Dudley: Brian's mom who meets a player on the team and starts seeing him seriously. She is very supportive of Brian and is proud of him for getting a job with the Tisgers and is glad to see him so happy.
- Hank Bishop: Brian's baseball idol who he loves to watch play. Hank was suspended for a season for using performance enhancing drugs but swears that he never took any.s
- Yo Mama: she is extremly FAT
