This was a vivid and beautifully written tale that immerses you in the life of 17th century Delft. Have any of you read any of Chevalier's other books? Are they worth it??? I definitely liked her style of writing in this one. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Or, have you read any other historical fiction that deals with artists (or others) that are worth a read?

    Thank you,
