This book is about a 12 year old kid named Jason who has autism. Jason loves to write stories, and he uses a website called StoryBoard to do this. One day, a member of the website reads Jason's story and really likes it. This person is called Phoenix Bird. Jason knows Phoenix Bird is a girl, and he's glad there is one girl who isn't afraid of him and his autism. But then, Jason's parents tell him he can go to the StoryBoard convention, something he has wanted to go to for a long time. Unfortunately, Phoenix Bird is going, too and Jason is afraid she won't like him anymore once she sees he has autism...
