“This book came out at a critical time in my work life. I had just moved to the national office and our regional team was expanding. The 17 Laws weren't just theory, they were (and still are) very real. I've read a lot of Maxwell and there's a point where he starts repeating himself (and there are times I feel if he uses another sports analogy I'm going to scream)...but this book (when it was published) seemed to contain new thoughts and not just a repackaging of previous books.”

“This was an excellent book. A key truth that I learned after reading this is that the people you are working with have to want to be on the team with you in order to really practice these truths.”
