“The book was indigestible to me before I worked in the campus ministry. I was used to working alone, so teamwork was still hard for me to comprehend. Yet, some thoughts I remember from the book are "bad apple rots the good ones" and something like, "training your bench players". I had to read this book then because it was recommended by my small group leader then. I'll squeeze this into my reading list very soon.”
