“This is the second book I have read by this author. While the writing itself is rich in descriptive details, I never really care very much about the characters. It was slow moving in most parts and while it converyed the confusion often associated with coming of age, sexuality, and relationships it really didn't have the depth of emotion I would have expected in a book so highly touted by critics.”
