I personally like this one over the later and more famous one, The world Is Flat, because there is much more of thought and knowledge and information that has gone into this and there is much to learn, to digest, from reading this one.

This fabulous short essay is unfortunately in full book form. I got his point early and felt like he was rehashing a LOT. Easy to read the first 1/3rd or so, very difficult to completely finish.
