“Holly Miller "suffers" from dissociative identity disorder (DID) and doesn't want it any other way. She lives with five people in her head: Betty Jane, Ruffles, Sarge, the Boy, and the Silent One. While letting Betty Jane control her, she gets hired as a voice-over artist on a up and coming tv show. However, when the show becomes a hit and Holly is required to accept an Emmy, her personalities battle for control exposing her.
While I do not think this novel is very accurate of the disorder, it was definitely an interesting read. The author did a great job of differentiating the voices and the story was continuously evolving and was not predictable.”
