  • Ricky Darlin: Main character. After growing sick with his life, one night, a boy named Peter shows up in his room and takes him away to the Island, a supposed paradise.
  • Peter: A boy with an Australian accent from the Island. He travels to reality every once in a while to bring kids to his island for reasons unknown.
  • James "Captain" Hooke: A man of about twenty who has been stuck on the Island for years. Leads Alex, Nigel, Mariah, and Ricky against Peter so they can return to their homes. Seems to be a bit crazy.
  • Alex Starkey: A fit boy obsessed with baseball, also stuck on the Island. Argues often with Nigel, who he calls Dread.
  • Nigel "Dread" Mason: Another boy who is stuck on the Island. Argues a lot with Alex.
  • Mariah "Oscar" Bell: The only girl in Hooke's group. She keeps to herself and is a grouch, which led to her nickname. She had a tradegy that happened in her life that she finally reveals to someone about why she is so guarded.
  • Lily: A girl who was captured by Peter. She is indegious to the island.
  • Panther: The chief of the native islanders.
  • Ms. Fulsom: Add a description of this character.
