This book is helpful to anyone in the work place, especially if you are a manager or business owner. The metaphor of "vampire" is used well and the chapters on each type of "vampire" is very descriptive and thorough. Good advice and information on dealing with or avoiding certain types of people, what motivates them, etc. Written in laymen's terms, easy to understand. Lots of examples and scenarios for each sub type as well as alternate ways the "victim" could have handled the situation...
