Ivy has always liked Tristan. The way he walked, talked, and just stood there drove her nuts, so when he offers to teach her how to swim she is optimstic that she might just have a chance.
Tristan thought Ivy was the most beautiful creature to walk the earth. So when he see's the chance to kiss her during a swimming lesson together, he takes it. But than tragity strikes a few weeks later and Tristan dies. He comes back to earth as her guardian angel but she doesn't believe in angels anymore. What are soulmates to do when he can only see her and she doesn't believe?

Touching. My copy of the book is full of tear-stains and ripped pages where I turned the page so quickly, it tore. Lovely book...you'll never be the same again.

The characters can be a little one-dimensional and unrealistic at times, but it's a sweet story, though somewhat superficial.

It was fine. The last book was weird supernatural stuff that I'm not into. It was too strange for me, not my cup of tea. No I would not read it again.

A love so perfect, that even after death it exists. Elizabeth Chandler’s Kissed by An Angel is a truly inspiring novel. She has her own unique way of giving an understanding of each one of the characters, and can make the reader feel as if they are in the scenario itself. It is very inspiring because of all the hardships throughout the book, and how the characters cope with it. The book is said from more than one point of view, which gives the reader a deep understanding of more than one character. Even though the characters fall in and out of love, Chandler makes it more than just a romance book. It is full of romance that leads to mystery.
Tristan Carruthers, the school’s best swimmer, has fallen in love with Ivy Lyons. He’s not sure she notices him, but little does he know that Ivy has the same immense feelings for him. As they start dating, Ivy decides to tell Tristan her belief in angels. Now, although Tristan finds this as ridiculous as believing in leprechauns, he doesn’t say anything. Everything seems to be going perfect, until in a sudden car accident Tristan dies. Ivy is devastated, and has lost her belief in angels. However, Tristan in not fully dead, he has come back as an angel. He needs to reach Ivy, he needs to let her know there is danger. As he tries to get Ivy to believe in angels once again, things get more serious and Ivy’s life may be in danger.
Kissed by An Angel is a book that captures the reader’s attention, and pulls the reader into a new dimension. It’s a dimension of love and mystery, with the characters trying to deal with their love and friendship, along with murder and crime. The book is hard to put down, as the plot gets more and more serious. For its content, Kissed by An Angel is a novel that only young women will like.
