- Keenan: Summer King, who loves Donia and Aislinn.
- Seth: Aislinn's boyfriend, friend of all courts and "son" of the High Queen.
- Donia: Winter Queen. She loves Keenan
- Niall: The Dark King. He is the sworn brother to Seth. He also chooses to protect Seth.
- Irial: The former Dark King.
- Tavish: Advisor to the Summer court. Very old and is trusted by Aislinn
