It truly puts God's words in our hearts as we learn them while singing. Psalm 8 says that 'From the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise' So to hear my children give God back praise that He has ordained in His word by singing His word is a true blessing. This is an excellent song book for public, family and personal worship.

150 metrical Psalms set to music for a total of about 425 arrangements. Excellent for corporate, family, and private worship! Sing the Psalms with your children while they are young, and they will remember the words of the LORD and enjoy praising Him for the rest of their lives.

We could always wish for newer versions of the Psalter, with more accurate translations, and with better tunes. However I feel that this is an excellent Psalter and the best currently available. And what a blessing it has been to the Church of Christ! I am very thankful to the Reformed Presbyterian Church of North America for having provided this marvelous gift to Christ's church! “Lord, our Lord, in all the earth how excellent your name!”
