Decent compilation despite it being a means to cash in on the horribly written Batman RIP. This collects stories from the cheesiest and most goofy era's of Batman, 50's stuff with flying aliens and alternate dimensions. Surprisingly its a decent read for the most part, some real paranoia and spookiness in some of these stories whereas others should have been left in the dusty Pandora's box Morrison got them from. This might help explain one or too of the numerous cryptic plot-points of RIP but it does not make RIP a good book.

Interesting to see what sort of "crack" batman writers turned out in the 1950s. But, I have had for a long time a soft spot for the Batmen of All Nations, and it was fun to read the original stroies featuring those heroes..
