Karen Marie Moning is the best paranormal romance author in publication today. Her stories are so much more complex and intricate then your average bodice ripper. I love how she threads mythology, history and science throughout her stories. An added bonus is that she is an exception story-teller and a wonderfully detailed and engrossing writer. This is my absolute favorite of the Highlander Series...my guilty pleasure of sorts.

I just finished reading this for the second time. There is a perfect blend of wit, humour and romance. The ending I'd forgotten about and it made me cry a second time. This still stands as one of my favourites.

I read this one out loud with my former friend Katie. Such a gorgeous book. I felt so bad for Gwen, when Drustan forgot her. The big oaf. Gorgeously written. ♥

I loved this one, funny and a fantastic weave through time. The pant's scene with Drustin trying on pants was just too funny.

I started reading this series to get more back story on the fever series. They are formulaic,or at least the three I have read are. Still, I find them entertaining and highly addictive.

This has to be my favorite out of the series. I could not put it down, It told to story of qwen a 25 year old virgin who got in an effort to change you virginal status decides to depart on a trip to scottland. While there she went hiking by herself a remote mountainside by Loch ness. She fell though the roof of a cavern right on top of a half naked man. With bloody hands, she looks at the funny writing writen the mans chest. As the light hits the spell carved in his chest he wakens, Together they journey to his keep or what is left of it to prove to her that he is a 16 century highland laird. When they reach the keep They Make love and he binds himself to her. The story only gets better from there He sends them through time only to find out he went to far... Now she has to convience his past self who she is, And he is betrothed.... It is a MUST read.
