This is one of the best of Milton Friedman's books, and one of the worst.

It is best in that it is written in a simple, clear style understandable to those who have no economics training. It is worst for the same reason.

Friedman was a courageous and innovative thinker, an excellent economist and an all around sweet and brillant guy. He was a poor propagandist. This books is the most propagandistic and simplistic of his works, so it is the worst of his works. If you want a...
