Great book. A primer to modern economics, but it has the drawback of being too quick sometimes. Still, a seminal book.

Milton Friedman was wrong about everything. Perhaps the great depression of the 2000's will be attributed to the success he had spreading the seed of his wisdom, in the same way AIDS has had great success spreading itself. Contraction of the Friedmanite ideology, as in the case of AIDS, has increased probability among Conservatives. It is not their fault he said such silly things which sound so good if you are already leaning to the right, in just the same way it is not a closeted...
