Take the title seriously.

Mcgruders work on the TV show is nothing like his comic strip, which was more focused on satire instead of shock and to the point on social commentary. Despite that fact that the strips are dated it gives you a great insite on where Aaron was coming from and where he is now with the animation. For long time readers the animation has been a let down in comparison.
