This book was the best so far. We find out that Ali has a twin sister named Courtney, and the girls never knew because she was at a mental hospital for a while and Ali never told them. Then the sisters are which and i mean Courtney is actually Ali, and also Ali killed Courtney and is A. She sends them in a house and lights it on fire trying to kill them. I really enjoyed this book, there was a lot of intensetiy and i couldnt put it down.

    *Slight Spoiler Alert*
It was probably my favorite book in this series by far, but I wish I had a bit more closure on a few plot holes. Like, what really happened to Leah? Why was Wilden acting so sketch in the past books? And why didn't they assume Courtney had run away and Alison was still there when Courtney as Ali went missing? And why was Courtney even in the mental institution in the first place, it seemed like Ali was the crazy psycho killer one..

This story is set in Rosewood, and there are four girls. Their names are Aria, Hanna, Spencer, and Emily. These girls have suddenly lost one of their good friend. Her name was Allison and she was murdered. When they were at her funeral they got a text from a unknown person. That persons cover up name was A. A was threatening them. THey never really found out who A is they are still trying to find out. It is a great buook that leaves you hanging. That makes you want to read the next one.

Emily, Spencer, Hannah, and Aria are relieved. Billy has been arrested for Alison and Jennas murder. Everythings just fine for awhile, Alis murder has been solved and no new notes from "A", until they find clues that lead them to thinking that Billy is innocent even though they want to believe that he is the murder. They believe that someone very close to them may have the guilt. Mrs. DiLaurentis finally reveals their family secret. "Alison had a twin sister named Courtney." Aria, Hannah, Spencer and Emily all become friends with this "Courtney" girl. Courtney tells them that she is really Ali, not Courtney. Courtney gains their trust. Then she takes them all to the Ponocos (Alis guest house; it's where they used to all hang-out.) She traps them inside and starts a fire, trying to kill them. In the middle of trying to escape they find a letter from "A" . It states im there that who they think there real best friend, is not. Courtney was their real friend. Not Ali. Alison killed her sister Courtney because she took over her life.
    Setting: Rosewood Pennsylvania.
Theme: One lie always links to another.
