“Parts were extremely boring and tedious. If you want to learn about meat packing, its great. The best parts were few and far between and heartbreaking. Overall, a depressing books but very true to the times. ”

Another American "classic" whose changes proposed were not necessarily all for the better and whose content inspired cleaner, safer food for millions. I still don't know what goes in a hot dog, but at least they are USDA approved.”
