The LITTLE piano girl became a HUGE musical girl at the age of eight when all her hard work of practice for four whole years come into effect. A story that children can follow along and enjoy illustrations, children will know what it is like to follow a dream and pursue goals.

    Classroom Uses:
    *Discussion of students' goals.
*Talk about musical instruments besides the piano.
*Desription of the little piano girl's characteristics.
*What qualities it takes a person to conquer a goal.

True story of Mary Lou Williams' childhood musical journey. Local author brings the Kansas City native's story to live.
