This has always been one of my favorite plays, but I had never paid much attention to the fantastical elements until reading it for PBT. Prospero is a wizard, Ariel is a "tricksy spirit" who can change into a water nymph and who commands a band of other spirits. Shakespeare equates magic and art. "Oh Brave New World"

NO no no no, this pay is so frikin' lame a as play, and to say it's shakespeare it's down right awful. One of his worst. His last book before his passed, Jesus it's awful. Sorry Billy, but c'mon, even you know it was bad. I don't reccomend this play, but I reccoment some of his other plays such as Othella or Midsummers yadi yar yar....
