“It's a fantastic book! Has a VERY interesting history, and incredibly, has the same quality of the film, but with more details. Is the third or second best book that i've read... I don't know how explain how much i like it.”

“i saw the movie and just had to read the book. in some weird way i can relate to this girl and feel what its like not to be wanted anymore from anyone. it hurts you down deep i nyour core and sometimes you wish you take back time and do it over again.”

The book tells us the life in 1940s in Japan in a Geisha's eyes. The book also refers to the compatition between geishas and the men who wants to have same geishas. You can learn also Japan and geisha culture and history from this book. It is not just a romance book it also talks about World War II too. If you want to learn and read something different this book should be in you A-list.”
