“I suggest Anthem as a starter to Ayn Rand's books. If you like it, move on to Atlas Shrugged and if you can stomach that, then Fountainhead is a bit different, but has some though-provoking ideas in it as well.

Didn’t Like It
“My favorite critic said this is so bad that milk will come out of your nose before u finish it, i agree wholeheartedly. the funny thing is that this hilariously melodramatic uber-man fantasy remained for years the staple for what individualistic behavior should be, with tragic results. oh, there's a sort of "philosophical" discussion near the end that seems to be aiming for some sort of "grand inquisitor" grandeur, i've read star wars "novels" that were better than this.”
