“A compelling read, though I didn't relish the writing style. Not awful, but a few too many fifty cent words (I kid myself my vocabulary is above average and can usually guess at meanings, but this had a bunch of words I was entirely unfamiliar with...which greatly disturbed the flow). Regardless, I admire Barbara's bravery and the summary is powerful - she highlights how America's nurturing of greed among the wealthy invites unrest.
The conclusion is truly the meat of this book, though it required the set up of Barbara's real-life experiences (which I believe could have been presented much better with a few tweaks). On the eve of the 2012 elections, I want to recommend this work to Obama and Romney...”
