    I love Senge's way of thinking about organizational change. It's great to see this specifically applied to thinking about school reform and the systemic obstacles that we need to overcome to make real reform happen.

    This book is my refuge. It is the last resort. It is what I turn to when I need ideas, hope and that meaningful phrase to tell teachers in my workshops that crystallizes ideas into actions and the everyone moves forward...a little. Great!!!
