This book is great. After reading the first book, I think it would be best to read them in order. I lucked up and have all six. Well, I think there's just six.

Not all series need to start at the beginning, this one does. I stumbled across this series and began it backwards with the fifth and sixth books. The fifth one wasn't so hard to follow. But the last one, I could see I was missing too much background information.

Sizemore is able to imprison the reader emotionally. No matter what goes wrong within the pages, I couldn't possibly stop reading the book. Normally I refuse to read books published over a year or to in the past. I feel there are too many good ones being put on the shelf now. So for me to reach back almost a decade to find this gem, it's got to say something positive about the author's writing ability.

My only complaint, which is a small one, is the ending wasn't complete. It was cut off before Domini discussed her past with Alec. It also ended too abruptly. Other than that, much of my questions about the Prime series has been explained.

Readers, even if vampire romance isn't your thing, this series might change your view. I'm not a huge fan, but I really love the Prime series.

Great read! Sizemore draws you in to the story fast and keeps the best to the last-Domini's family history and how it ties to Alec's vampire life. You'll enjoy this book.

A new addiction is born yesterday …..And that addiction is called Susan Sizemore Primes series. Oh my god what could I say. A whole new dimension concerning vampires. These vampires live to protect people, you have, 3 tasks. The clans, the families and the tribes. The clans protect people, the Tribes are bad and the families are neutral. You get in this book the necessary information on this vampire world and you can see that this is an introduction book, but the tale remains super. But just as further. The complete series concerns the Primes, prime are the alpha under the vampires. Vampires are of course already alpha but these primes are superior. They are more beautiful, sexier and more irresistible. In other words, damn I like these one. Primes are also possessive and especially if it comes on their mate. Vampires in this series are looking for there life mate. It does not matter if it’s a vampire or human. But if the prime has found her, step aside because then there are 2 things on their head. 1. Wild sex and 2 MINE ....... And then there is the Matri yes yes in this business, woman are the boss. These ladies dominate concerning their clan, family or tribe.

    Part 1 - I burn for you

Is about Alexander of the Foxclan and Domini Lancer. Alexander is Prime super prime. But he is sick. If a Prime decide to protect people they get them a type concoction and a tattoo so they can run in daylight, and have no more allergies for garlic and silver. Alexander belonged to the top elite of the delta Force but must with draw because its Tattoo starts blur and he feels that he can endure sunlight anymore. Alexander go’s to a clinic in LA to look up a doctor to help him . Underway there he stands on the square and see her. Ebony black hair and neon bleu eyes. Those eyes become large when they see him because Domini feel a sensation which she had the night before in a dream. The dream which her brings her this time to the square to buy peaches, fresh ones. Domini is a paranormally gifted and to see the future in vision’s and dreams. Who was that man where she couldn’t see his face of and why does she want him. She blinks with her eyes and runs of the square , because what is he ....... Alexander share the some feeling, the need for his soul mate. He al most runs after her but in his condition that was not such a good idea. He must heal first. Because only her fragrance makes him wildly of desire, desiring to hot unrestrained sex and blood….her blood. He has only one problem he must have work where he serves people other wise the good dokters don’t want to help him with a cure. A friend of him a wolf know a job as a bodyguard. he apply, does a little hypnosis and has his job. His new boss call someone in to lead him round throe the company. And then she stands there in the door opening. Domini Lancer for the granddaughter of his new boss….. and the only woman who can let him lose control.

Haahh Domini is also a Bodyguard and knows how to kick ass with body and tongue. Alexander say a couple of times in the book “That my women” Witch is humoristic because the lovely lady is armed with Glock 9 mm and knows well how to use it. And Domini has a very large vocabulary of her own. “Damn I fucking the undead “are of the senses which she blur out. . Ms Sizemore has a supporter. Proxis damn hurry up with those other parts ...... I cannot wait.
