- Prince William: Future King of England. He married Catherine Middleton, of no royal descent, in 2011.
- Prince Henry: Commonly known as "Harry." As is common for a second son, he has carved out a successful career in the military. He is known for his playful antics.
- Prince Charles of Wales: Diana's former husband. The father of her children.
- Paul Burrell: Diana's butler
- Fergie, or Sarah Ferguson, The former Duchess of York: Diana's former sister-in-law. She had been married to Prince Charles brother, Prince Andrew.
- H.R.H. Queen Elizabeth: Prince Charles's Mother.
- Prince Phillip: Husband of Queen Elizabeth, father of Prince Charles.
- Princess Michael of Kent: She and her family were also in residence at Kensington Palace
- Princess Anne: Prince Charles's sister.
- Princess Margaret: The Queen's sister.
- HM Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother: Queen Elizabeth's mother
- Elton John: A legend in the music music, he and Diana were particularly close. He sang at her funeral at her sons request.
