His long childhood neighbor, Miss Sarah Eckersley, shows up on his doorstep dressed only in a wet night gown begging for his assistance. After his father’s death, Sarah is thrown out of her home, escaping an unwanted betroth she must marry in a fortnight. She had always love Jarrod and wants to marry him desperately. She tells him she wants “lessons in seductions” so she can become a courtesan well in truth she has her eye set on bending his will to her own. Now Jerrod must fight his demons to marry the woman he loves. I really enjoyed Rebecca Hagan Lee “Hardly a Husband”. The characters experience a lot of sexual frustration with witty playful conversation. It’s a fast and fun read.”
