I have always felt that there should be a better way to keep non-profit organization run more efficiently and effectively. The idea of good to great, I believe applies more to these organizations because the people who are involved are in there not for the money but for a greater cause. This book provides very strong guidelines to help these organizations achieve the greatest they deserve!

I read this book for my Management course in Library Science, and I quite enjoyed it. You'll find the principles discussed here helpful, especially if you're interested in leadership principles that apply to non-profits, churches, or government institutions. However, I think I would've gotten more out of it had I read the "regular" edition of Good to Great first.
