“El examen se vuelve muy exigente para todos incluyendo los primeros lugares.”

Well, this being the 10th book in the series, although much has happened other things are yet to happen. I'm just going to just give you a gist of the book so far including this book. This is a book based on the game GO, the board game; a boy named Hikaru is met by a ghost named Sai who has been playing GO for thousands of years. Sai plays GO through Hikaru, which is odd for Hikaru at first but is used to it now. Hikaru is currently in a tournament to become a pro player for GO.
Although easy to read just like a comic book, the story gets complex with also some japanese words written in english text(or romaji) here and there, which is also explained in the book. Even though some might think "oh a story about a board game, how can that be good?" it is very well written especially since its also of another culture different then ours helps it out. I would say that if your a long time reader of manga and haven't read this one yet go pick it up now.”
“(reprint of my mini-review from readersclub.org) As the final rounds of the Pro Test loom, Hikaru and his friends must gird themselves against intense pressure to win. This even more so for Isumi who has failed twice already and this is his final attempt. Akira Toya is hired by the father of another prodigy, Ochi, who learns of Akira’s desire to play his old rival and turns this knowledge to his own advantage because he has to play Hikaru soon and wonders what a pro has to fear from an insei. Things come to a head with a catastrophic mistake which leaves the future of one of the insei in doubt. As the story unfolds, you never would believe that putting black and white stones down could be such interesting reading.”
