The book is easy to read and describes very well important ideas related to business and management. The book is mostly aimed to a GM-level managers and above, but can be very helpful to more junior managers as well.

I wouldnt have read it if it wasnt for by business class but I was pleased to find that it was a quick read. He has great leadership values and I hear he's quite the nice guy too. If only all CEO's had the kinda qualities he advocates in this book.
