Overall, a light read chock-full of real-world examples and advice that it never hurts to hear again. Nothing ground-breaking, but it *is* important to be re-motivated/refreshed every once in awhile, and this is an excellent book for just that.

The book is easy to read and describes very well important ideas related to business and management. The book is mostly aimed to a GM-level managers and above, but can be very helpful to more junior managers as well.
