I`m just getting started on this book (my father gave it to me for Christmas) and while I typically don`t like reading about one man`s opinion (I like books like Good to Great where lots of research and facts support the recommendations) I have to say so far this book is really proving to be a valuable read. The chapter on Candor in business has really left an impression on me (so far ;-) )
