I liked this book so much, it encourages to read and improve our level of reading. I enjoyed it and it really helped me to become a demanding reader.

I see someone has an e-book to send -- let me know if I can get it? We do own this book, but I can imagine excerpts that would be good to share (sans 'all that typing'). I do think "many readers today" simply can't or won't read non-fiction passages that require much thought (or maybe it's been this way for a long time). Put it this way, I *wish* people would read more (including more challenging material), but I don't see the world 'going my way'.
