Each recipe comes not only with a description, but a photo-spread of the procedure. I found that to be extremely helpful. This is one of the must-haves when it comes to barbecue.”

“and this is one of the great cook books. If you are going to grill, you have got to have. i grill a lot and this is what i use if i have any questions about grilling i look to this book. ”
