Still as powerful today as it was when Dr. W.E.B. DuBois wrote it in the early twentieth century. Forced to read it in high school, I fell in love with it as I began to truly understand myself as a black man in a ever-increasingly diverse world. Highly inspirational, thought provoking, and very scholarly, this book is a "MUST" read for African Americans of every race, region, and age.
