• Quincie P. Morris: Main character. High school senior that is working hard to save her family restaurant after her parents die in a car accident.
• Henry Johnson / Bradley Sanguini: The new chef that replaced Vaggio after his untimely death.
• Kieren Morales: Quincie's best friend. He happens to be a hybrid werewolf.
• Clyde: Shape shifter friends of Kieren's that are hired to do dishes. Clyde shifts into a wereopposum.
