There are two themes running through this story. First, Molly's father is due to return from the war work he was doing in England very soon, obviously something everyone is looking forward to. He might come on a certain date, but it's also possible he might be delayed.

The other theme is Molly's role as Miss Victory in a Red Cross show. She decides she needs to have her hair done differently, though, and manages to do that. She's also the best dancer and gets the role of Miss...
