This novel focused more on Lindsay's personal challenges within her. It didn't have that much action and suspense but it's still a good book.

This book was written under the large name of James Patterson, and co-written by Maxine Paetro. I wonder how much Maxine actually wrote. I must say it was weird having a book written by a man in which the main character is a woman. I found the police detective main character annoying. I guess it's because she's too perfect. Maybe this is what people like to read? Her main 'foibles' are excessive commitment to the job and too much balls... Not really foibles at all, which make her...
