“This was a very compelling story. The book was well written and a page turner. The subject was very heartbreaking. As a mother I had a hard time sympathizing with Beth and her way of coping. Despite that I highly recommend this book and I think it was much better than the movie.”
“This is one of the rare cases where the movie is SO much better than the book! It only had a fraction of the profanity and wasn't so depressing. A mother's worse nightmare is losing a child, but in this book she was the person I least sympathized with.”
