Cast of Characters/Important People
- Lord Eddard Stark: The main protagonist, and the Warden of the North. A quiet man of honour, courage and intelligence.
- King Robert Baratheon: The King of Westeros, married to Cersei Lannister. Eddard Stark's oldest friend. A man who loves drinking, fighting and "whoring", against his wife's will. Is called "The Usurper" by his enemies, due to the fact that he renounced the previous king, Aerys Targaryen.
- Tyrion Lannister: A dwarf, the brother of Cersei and Jaime Lannister. His height and appearance are scoffed at (many call him "The Imp") but his cunning and intelligence are difficult to equal.
- Lady Catelyn Stark: Wife of Lord Eddard Stark.
- Ser Jaime Lannister: Brother to Cersei (twins) and Tyrion. He is a knight of the Kingsguard. Is often called "The Kingslayer" due to his questionable past.
- Jon Snow: Bastard son of Eddard Stark.
- Daenerys Targaryen: True heir to the Iron Throne.
