Sounds very promosing but in the end I couldn't finish it. Not much pratical advice, just keeps repeating that your parents' must have left you to cry too long as a baby, etc. I can understand the need for them to explain their theory but one chapter would have done. I would've liked to have seen more practical advice and exercises to overcome this addiction.
