“Robert kanigels quite a dedicated biographical scetch of one of the finest mathematicians of the century Srinivasa Ramanujam. well written ... and i liked the part which talks about hardy and his relationship with ramanujam at Cambridge. quite a good book ... about a mans obsession with mathematics!!

“I enjoyed every page of this book. This is one of the best Biographies I have evr Read. The author has a truely distinct writing style. The book not only covers Ramanujams life and achievements but is is also comprihensively compares England and India of the 19th Century.
