“The 1st Dark Hunter book. It introduces most of the mythology of the series. The tragic story behind Kyrian's love of his wife and her betrayal to the Roman's it set the stage for many of the books to come. The love story between Kyrian and Amanda. ”

“I loved Kyrian's character! I liked this one better than the first one, only because it finally goes into the Dark Hunter/Vampire angle. And again, I love the whole Greek mythology twist to this series. But I must say, the Black Dagger Brotherhood series is still better.”

“I really enjoyed this, even more so then fantasy lover. I think there was more suspense in this novel, and a little more actions...So far I am happy with the way the series is going. I couldnt put this book down towards the end I HAD to know how it ended. It was one of those ending where it could of went any way. I have to admit that the ending surprised me a bit. I expected something else.”

Throw in some lively banter between them and their friends and you're in for some real laughs. I loved the interaction between the main characters. The sexual chemistry burns up the pages, helped more by some wicked love scenes. Kyrian is a great hero, funny, committed and a real protector. He was just what Amanda needed to help her come out of her comfort zone and accept the powers she was born with.

If you're after a paranormal/vampire story with a twist, then this book is for you. You won't be able to put it down once you start. ”
