All Amanda ever wanted was a family and a normal life. Kyrian's dream was the same. Fat chance of that when her family is so magically inclined and he walks the night. What are they willing to risk to have that dream?
This is the hardback special edition of the first Dark Hunter novel and it's time to read it if you haven't. And if you have then read it again. It is so worth the second, third or even the tenth time. Kyrian and Amanda are one of my favorite couples in this series. They are so different from each other, the accountant and the Dark Hunter. But it's like they say, opposites attract. And end up having more in common than they thought. I love a happy ending. And I joyfully recommend Night Pleasures.

Kyrian of Thrace, Book 2
“We were told about Kyrian in the first book, now its his turn to tell his story. Turned Vampire shortly after the tragedy with Julian in the first book...we learn about this, and basically starts the true series of the Dark Hunter! The first book is needed to bring the reader into the world, and how the Fates work, so be sure to read it first, but dont worry the series just gets better...I have ordered the next few books. Cant wait to bury myself into the Dark Hunter world once again! Happy Reading”

Extremely Entertaining
“This was a great start to the Dark Hunter series. I loved how it tied in with Fantasy Lover and Kyrian and Julian found out each other were still alive. Amanda and Kyrian's meeting and banter was fun loving and funny and I love Kyrian's explosive jump right in nature. You meet a lot of important characters in this book and beginning to get to know others that will follow in later books - very good. ”

Really a 4.5.....
“I really enjoyed "Night Pleasures". I think I liked it better than the first Sherrilyn Kenyon's book "Fantasy Lover". This book has a vamp named Kyrian of Thrace. He wakes up in a dark room handcuffed to a human named Amanda Devereaux. Both don't know how they got there or why. They go through an adventure together because they have no other choice. Of course, they get to know each other and fall in love. They have many obstacles to overcome (as all romance books do). It is a fun and enjoyable ride. I love the hero and the heroine in this book. Both are strong and enjoyable with a sense a humor.

So far I like Sherrilyn Kenyon's "dark hunter" series. It seems to leave me with a warm fuzzy feeling inside. It seems her love stories are sweeter than the others. I also like that she makes the heroine more believable like a normal woman, not a drop dead gorgeous supermodel. Of course, the men or absolutely gorgeous! But that the point about reading a romance novel. You want to believe that the average girl can get this incredible looking man!!!
